I am now having a vision of Jesus on the Holy Cross made of wood, symbolizing the humility of the faith and similar to the cross that I now have here in my room.

“My son, Blessed Carlo is now with you. I have brought him to you so that you may receive him within your heart.”

Carlo now takes my hand as he is appearing next to me at my bedside.

Carlo now smiles. “Yes, my son. It will make the third and final time before my canonization and God has a plan to fulfill according to his will.”

‘Carlo, I understand; he is God Almighty in his love. And I desire to follow his path of love with joy and peace, to love him above all things and my brothers and sisters.’

“Then do not let the enemy of God stop you. Pray for courage and strength when you feel most weak and God shall lead you.”

‘Yes, Carlo, I also do not want to disturb or distract your mother in her work to make an inconvenience.’

“No, my son, you shall not do so, because you are going in my name. You are going for me and in the name of God, for his glory. I shall continue to assist you in your mission.”

Carlo is still holding my hand. ‘I thank you for interceding and for everything that you have done for me. I know that it was through your prayers these past years that has led me on the path of God to greater heights of love. I know that it was you who, in the name of God, led me to the United Nations.

I know that it was you in the name of God who brought me back to Rome days before your canonization announcement and to see your mother. That was a great joy, all of your family of love. I know that it was you who has led me back to Rome and Assisi these past years after so many have passed.’

“My son, my mother asked you once if you were like me when you were younger, a boy. And you were. That is why God united us. Although your path and calling are different according to God’s will for his children. May the glory of this night and all that was fulfilled by God take root within your life to produce new seeds of love for his glory and the glory of his children, my son.”

‘Carlo, you shall now be a saint. And I am weak and a sinner. I am nothing. But I shall go in love for you and in love for God. May the power of the mercy of his cross and resurrection be fulfilled within my life, my heart and soul, and for the glory of his children and his kingdom to come.
