Holy Thursday
“My son, let your heart hope in me in all things. And in the joy of my mercy, I shall guide you, I shall love you and I shall renew the peace of your heart this day through the peace of my passion.”
‘Reveal to me the desires of your heart, O my Lord and my love, that I may fulfill your will for your glory. I love you, my Lord.’
“I, too, love you, my son, and I cry from my Holy Cross; I thirst for the hearts of my children, yet so many continue to reject me, to reject my merciful love and compassion to forgive them. I desire that they turn their hearts to me in love.
Come to me and be my consolation. Offer your heart at the foot of my Cross this day.”
‘Lord, I offer my heart now without hesitation but with hope. Guide me in the strength of your mercy and heal me — heart, mind, body and soul. I offer to you my sins and the sins of the whole world, anything that is within me, that separates or distracts me from your holy will, that I may remain in you and you in me for your glory, and the glory and the hope of your children.’
