The Holy Spirit is descending upon me as the holy dove that awakened my intention to receive him. He now reappears in the form of a mist of man, in the glory of the shape of man who was created by the hand of God our Father.

‘Holy Spirit, grant me your light. O Spirit of Love, renew my heart this day. May I see all with the eyes of a child, as if everything is new and made new in you. Thank you for loving me.

Heal me, heart, mind, body and soul this day. Cleanse and purify me of all sin and darkness through the light of your presence. Make known to me your wisdom. And I pray for the strength of humility to walk in humility your path. Make me new, and renew my heart in courage to persevere in the discipline of receiving your love in faith and the practice of the faith. All things are joy in you, my Spirit and my life.’
