Good Friday

“My dear child.”

I am now having a vision of our Lord on the Cross. His body is pale and he is hanging lifelessly with his hand and arm on his right side appearing to be nearly broken, stretched and hanging on to the Cross by his flesh.

‘O my Lord, take me as you desire within your arms, those arms that were outstretched on the Cross for the redemption of the world. And may your merciful embrace sanctify and redeem me through your Precious Blood that was poured upon the world, upon all humanity, for the forgiveness of our sins and our salvation.

O Holy Cross, light the way within my heart and let me not be taken within my soul by anything that is not of the light. May the eternal glory of your passion fill the earth with light this day, and your heart, holy and merciful, be our strength.’
